Flaker Machine

We offer a wide range of Flaker Machines that are used for making flakes after solidification of the molten material. These machines assist in the formation of flakes of the desired thickness upon the water-cooled drum through the manual setting of scrapper. We use quality Stainless Steel and Mild Steel plates for achieving a uniform cooling effect. We provide the drum of the machines with a hollow shaft for entering the cooling medium into it. Further, for cooling and heating purposes, we also provide a Feed Tray along with a jacket.

Tray Dryer

We manufacture and export a wide range of Tray Dryers that are used for the best drying applications in convectional process. Available in capacities of 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192 trays, these dryers are provided with doubled wall cabinet with one or two doors. These dryers are manufactured with SS 304, SS 316 and MS material according to the GMP specifications.
