These machines assist in the formation of flakes of the desired thickness upon the water-cooled drum through the manual setting of scrapper. We use quality Stainless Steel and Mild Steel plates for achieving a uniform cooling effect. We provide the drum of the machines with a hollow shaft for entering the cooling medium into it. Further, for cooling and heating purposes, we also provide a Feed Tray along with a jacket.

We manufacture and export a wide range of Tray Dryers that are used for the best drying applications in convectional process. Specifications and operation:  

• The unit consists of a totally enclosed and sealed cylindrical shell a filter plate
• A filter cloth is fitted at the bottom of the shell for separating liquids from solids

• The cake is retained on top of the plate
• A vacuum pump connected to receiver is installed for discharging of liquids and vapor collection
• The cylindrical shell can also be provided with a jacket.

Operation:

• The loading of material in the mixer is done through the top of the mixer or through its mouth or hopper
• The consistency and thoroughness of kneading is obtained by its `Z shaped kneading blades which rotate at different speeds
• The mixture in the mixer is discharged by tilting it or through the extrusion screw of its valves located under it.

• Centre shaft fitted are provided with specially designed agitator blades that providing the contra flow action
• These blenders are equipped with a couple of ribbons
• The outer ribbon moves the ingredients into the blender whereas, the inner ribbon constantly circulate the material
• The drive of these consists of a gearbox coupled with a heavy-duty motor.
