Soap Crutcher We have designed and manufactured a wide range of Soap Crutchers (reaction vessels) that are demanded in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, paint and other associated industries. Available in various technical specifications, these vessels are used for saponification of oils and neutralization of fatty acids. Our wide range of Soap Crutchers are provided with centrally mounted helical screw housed in stainless steel hollow steam jacket that is equipped with bottom discharged valve, outer steam heating jacket, reduction gear box and a motor. These Crutchers are robustly constructed, easy to install and appreciated for their smooth functionality. We offer following types of reaction vessels: - Lead Vessels

Sigma Mixer Our company has achieved expertise in the operation of manufacturing and exporting a wide range of Sigma Mixer that are used for uniform mixing and kneading of materials having a heavier viscosity. Further, these mixers are also used for various other applications such as making stiff pastes, polyester compounds, adhesives, brake compounds, flush colors, resins, soaps, brake lining compounds, PVC coatings, food dough and rubber compounds. Operation: - The loading of material in the mixer is done through the top of the mixer or through its mouth or hopper

Ribbon Blender Leveraging on our industrial experience and modern infrastructure facility, we have been able to manufacture an extensive range of Ribbon Blenders that are constructed with stainless steel and mild steel. Due to the stuffing boxes, provided on both the ends, the blenders have been proven to be very effective for stopping leakage. Further, it consists of a hopper and a discharge for loading and unloading of the processed material. Vacuum Plodder Our company has also designed a wide range of Vacuum Plodders that have been proven highly efficient for extruding the final soap, which is very appropriate for stamping. It consists of a rotating knife that is used to cut the noodles as the milled soap tries to come out from the noodle plate. Specifications and operation: - Consists of a seamless SS-304 pipe
